FAQs

  • Counselling or psychotherapy, is a long-term process where a client works with a healthcare professional to diagnose and resolve problems. In life coaching, a client works with a coach who is not a healthcare professional to clarify goals & identify obstacles & resolve problematic behaviours in order to create actions or plans to achieve desired results. The main difference is that the life coach takes the client’s current starting point as an acceptable neutral ground and is more action-based from that point onward. A life coach enables the person receiving treatment to regain or take control of their life & action to steer it towards their goals.

  • We get through a lot of old programming and challenges very quickly in our sessions. Sometimes it takes the body and mind some time and space to process & integrate these changes. You will benefit from quiet contemplation, meditation or journalling between sessions.

Due to the level of subconscious changes, you will likely be very tired following the sessions.

We recommend that you take part in ‘healthy-living’ (sufficient sleep, minimal or no alcohol) between & immediately following the sessions.

In order get the most from your time - you may be required to do some preparation before our sessions.

  • Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) is a way of changing thoughts and behaviours through the use of language and communicating to the subconscious / unconscious mind to help achieve desired outcomes. NLP uses perceptual, behavioural, and communication techniques to make it easier for people to change their thoughts and actions.

  • Yes. We have held 1-day programs where we cover the equivalent of the ULTIMATE program. It is best suited for those who are already self-aware & practice regular meditation / self focus.

  • Yes they are. Around half our clients have worked with us online & have achieved the same degree of transformation & fantastic outcomes as our other amazing clients. If you are visiting Perth & would like to meet to do intensive sessions, please contact us before hand.

  • This is possible, though it is likely that it will be very effective to have specific sessions as 1:1 included. Please book a call to discuss this with us.

  • For some Programs, reflection, workbook and exercises are key to achieving the outcomes.

For the UNLIMITED group 1:1 program, the workbook and exercises must be completed prior to the 1:1 session and the final sessions (there are 2 parts) to ensure that you get the best out of the sessions and the entire program.

  • The UNLIMITED & UNBURDENED programs are set up as a combination of online group sessions - involving you & all participants/ led by the coach; and private one-on-one coaching sessions that involve just you and the coach. This way the programs remain customised & private for the therapy sessions & can cut costs by having the informative sessions together as a group.

  • Yes, they are different & complementary. Ideally you would take the UNBURDENED program first, as it creates space to work with the subconscious and makes the process of identifying beliefs more efficient -as you would have already resolved many emotional habits that held you back. But it is also fine to do the other way around.

There is no overlap between the two.

  • You are not required to share personal information or experiences with any other participant in the group.

The group sessions are primarily for learning key concepts, NLP processes and skills. The 1:1 sessions involve only you and the coach - these sessions are confidential.

  • Long standing health conditions, heavy or longstanding habits and phobias typically require specific 1:1 sessions. Please also see the coaching agreement and terms.
